IT SMS Policy

Novus ISO team has undertaken full commitment to integrate IT Service Management System in to IMS – Integrated Management System based on requirements of (ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 & ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018). All projects developed and implemented by Novus will comply with specific service delivery process prepared and managed by ISO team and project managers after official approval by Novus Top Management.

Objective of IT SMS is to standardize our service management system through effective project delivery system.

Novus will apply effective and appropriate IT service management system objectives aligned with company’s business strategy. Our managerial approach includes both project management and monitoring controls, through continuous improvement.

Our information technology service management system policy aims to:

  • A customer seeking services and requiring assurance regarding the quality of those services;

  • A customer requiring a consistent approach to the service lifecycle by all its service providers, including those in a supply chain;

  • An organization to demonstrate its capability for the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services;

  • An organization to monitor, measure and review its SMS and the services;

  • An organization to improve the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services through effective implementation and operation of an SMS;

  • An organization or other party performing conformity assessments against the requirements specified in this document;

  • A provider of training or advice in service management.

Novus is committed to continuously improving our IT SMS within IMS regular internal audits and management reviews.
We expect the IT SMS policy, principles, and procedures to be consistently adopted by everyone at Novus and by its interested parties.
